Any hotel or restaurant will gain the competitive advantage if their staff is polite, responsible, paying attention and having an appetite to serve people. This fits the profile of the Asian workers recruited by PCA, who can fulfill skilled positions- Philippine and Nepalese people (cook and assistant cook, waiter and busboy), Indians (receptionist, administrator, gardener, masseur) unskilled occupations- people from Ghana, Philippine, Sri Lanka, Nepal or India (maid, laundry personnel, dish washer, etc). An ideal option would be to hire one or more family groups.
